The Fabric Flight Connection
      This handbook teaches the principles fiber science through the exciting story of aviation.  Provides youth, ages 5 to 19, information about non-apparel uses of textiles, and encourages exploration of careers in science and technology.  Suggested hands-on activities teach students how objects move through the air.  Patterns and instructions for making boomerangs, wind socks, kites, rockets, hot-air balloons, parachutes, gliders, and more included.
